1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full replacement.

2. Only items returned in their original product packaging will be accepted.

3. Returns will only be accepted if we supply the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged upon receipt.

4. Products will be exchange it for the correct one. If the replacement is not possible, we will refund your purchase price including delivery costs.

5. The customer can choose for Groundbreakers to arrange for the pick up via our designated courier services or the customer can choose to arrange for delivery to Groundbreakers via their chosen courier company.

6. The customer will be liable for the cost of any return courier charges.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Shipping charges can be updated at any time with or without prior notice.

- Credit card details must be provided when making a purchase. Credit card details cannot be stored on the system.

- Door-to-door delivery is available in order to receive your parcel speedily.

- To ensure that delivery is not delayed, please provide an address where there will be someone available to sign for the parcel.

- Delivery via the South African Post Office will take place within 14 - 21 days after dispatch of the parcel.
