1. Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 48 working hours after payment is received.

2. The Customer will be notified via SMS or e-mail when the product leaves dispatch. The message will include the tracking number of the shipment.

3. Product will be delivered according to the shipping option chosen at check out. Two available options for delivery via Door-to-Door or the South African Post Office.

4. It is the customer’s responsibility to choose the correct shipping method and to make sure that the address is correct.

5. The Customer must make sure that there will be someone at the given address to receive and sign for the product during working hours. 

6. Delivery charges will be calculated according to the delivery address chosen: National or International.

7. Should you provide a postal address Groundbreakers will not be responsible for any delays or damages. You will be responsible to file a claim with the South African Post Office

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Shipping charges can be updated at any time with or without prior notice.

- Credit card details must be provided when making a purchase. Credit card details cannot be stored on the system.

- Door-to-door delivery is available in order to receive your parcel speedily.

- To ensure that delivery is not delayed, please provide an address where there will be someone available to sign for the parcel.

- Delivery via the South African Post Office will take place within 14 - 21 days after dispatch of the parcel.
